Forms - Create a question inside form editor Print

This article describes how to create a question while youre editing a form

Find the menu

Go to Forms/Forms menu
Click + Create new form button
Select Evaluation question from the dropdown menu Add field

Write the question

Click + Write new button

Give the question a name in the Question textbox
Select a Response mode (Singleitem/Choice matrix, Comment only)
Select a Rating scale
Click the Save button and select Save to publish the question

After these steps you end up inside the forms editor again
